CMVT Hosting Rams Power Day On March 16

On Saturday, March 16 the Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (CMVT) Football team is hosting their annual "Rams Power Day".
The competition begins with weigh-ins at 7:30 a.m. with a rules meeting at 9:00 a.m. and lifting at 9:30 a.m.
To participate you must be currently enrolled in elementary, middle, or high school. The deadline to register is March 9.
