Rams Power Day Scheduled For March 15

On Saturday, March 15 the Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (CMVT) Football team is hosting their annual "Rams Power Day".
The competition begins with weigh-ins at 8:00 a.m. with a rules meeting at 9:00 a.m. and lifting at 9:30 a.m. Early weigh-ins will take place on Friday, March 14 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
To participate you must be currently enrolled in elementary, middle, or high school. The deadline to register is March 8. There will be no late registrations or walk-ins.
